Pricing and Payment Conditions

We reserve the right to modify or retract prices for products or services offered for sale, without prior notification. In case the price of any product or service is raised, the preceding price
will apply to orders received prior to the increase, shipped within 30 days of the effective date of the increase. All prices are quoted in British Pounds unless explicitly stated otherwise. The prices presented on our website encompass VAT (unless otherwise
specified), charged at the prevailing rate dictated by the British Government. Save for instances specified in writing by Wilson Bathroom Company LTD, any applicable taxes or charges imposed by governmental entities on the products or services are to be added

will be performed by the card issuer. Discrepancies between advertised and actual amounts are not the responsibility of Wilson Bathroom Company LTD. Delivery charges are transparently displayed during the order confirmation. Standard UK Mainland delivery charges
apply, unless shipping to unlisted regions, in which case a custom quote can be requested. Delivery

Wilson Bathroom Company LTD reserves the right to fulfil deliveries or services in instalments, as communicated in advance. Partial shipments or services will be invoiced as they occur, subject to

dates. While efforts are made to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occur. For substantial orders, assistance for unloading is advisable, as the courier’s contract entails driveway delivery only. Large orders may involve pallets for transport, for which
the Customer assumes responsibility upon delivery. Delivery timeframes are approximate; certain items may experience longer delivery times due to supplier stock variations. While efforts are made to communicate any potential issues, unforeseen circumstances
can arise. Before scheduling tradesmen, goods should be received and inspected. Delays are possible, and Wilson Bathroom Company LTD cannot be held liable for third-party costs incurred. Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be submitted via email or the returns form. Information required for cancellation includes Customer Name, Order Number, Order Date, and Cancellation Details. Cancellations
are accepted within fourteen days of delivery; post this period, re-stocking charges might apply. Refunds for cancellations within the stipulated period will be processed within fourteen calendar days. Goods must be handled with care while in possession; damaged
returns may lead to deductions from the refund. Special Order items are non-cancellable. This restriction also applies to custom or non-stock items. Miscellaneous Provisions

Compliance with English export regulations is expected in Buyer’s export, resale, or disposal of products. Quotations and orders from Buyers outside the UK assume the indicated country as the ultimate
destination. Diversion contrary to English law is prohibited, requiring immediate notification. Product availability details are accessible on our website. Specifics beyond those provided cannot be guaranteed. Unavailable items will be communicated as the
order is processed. Goods come with a 12-month warranty from delivery, unless otherwise stated. Exclusions include wear and tear, misuse, and unauthorized alterations. Notice of damaged or non-conforming goods must be reported in writing within a reasonable
timeframe. Liability limitations apply, and descriptions on the website are indicative. Buyer research is advised. We bear no liability for installation issues. Goods should be installed by qualified professionals. Statutory rights are preserved in accordance
with relevant regulations. The contract is finalized upon dispatch notification. The agreement is binding and governed by UK law.
